Multimedia presentations have fast become the state-of-the-art presentation tool in courtrooms across America. A computerized program gives you the ability to utilize a variety of media to access documents, depositions, charts and graphs, illustrations, photographs and film footage -- all with a split second stroke of a laser pen or bar code reader. Our experience has shown that state-of-the-art computerized multimedia presentations are the most effective way to organize and enhance your case presentation.

Most jurors are not familiar with the legal process. Their only experience may be limited to what they have viewed on television. Jurors can quickly become disinterested when the actual trial ensues, often times finding it hard to retain information presented in the typical courtroom format.

When you deliver a multimedia presentation, you are meeting the expectations of the jury by conveying information in a manner to which they are accustomed. Jurors grew up with television -- they understand the medium and typically trust what they learn from it. With a multimedia presentation, you will utilize the most effective and powerful tools to communicate, educate and persuade your audience, the jury. As in developing trial exhibits, our approach is to begin by establishing the objectives. With multimedia presentations, setting clear objectives is of great importance to ensure a smooth and effective presentation. This process is much more involved in that there are many things that need to be orchestrated (documents, graphics, animation, photo images, video recordings including depositions, etc.)

Once the objectives are defined, the project manager, concept artists and programmers work with each element in the presentation to develop designs that turn passive jurors into involved participants.

This is accomplished by utilizing different visual and auditory mediums that communicate your message in the most effective method possible. By using various mediums, even the most passive juror can be stimulated. By using a combination of mediums you create powerful and dynamic communication -- communication that is heard and understood!
