Post-Trial Interviews give you insight into the deliberation process. The Litigation Group specializes in a quick, accurate post-trial interface with jurors to reveal important aspects of their decision-making process. Jurors tend to be more candid with an interviewer whom they perceive as a neutral party in the trial, therefore, we can elicit surprisingly frank responses from jurors.

- Learn How the Jury Reached their Decision
- Understand What Evidence Drove their Decision
- Identify Ineffective Arguments
- Evaluate Witness Performance
- Determine if Jury Misconduct Occurred
- Understand How Damages were Determined
- Prepare for the Next Case with Similar Issues
The Litigation Group uses a proven method of interviewing jurors to avoid injecting additional information or opinions that would influence the jurors' responses. Broad, open-ended questions allow each juror the opportunity to express and elaborate on his/her opinions of the case from their own perspective. The juror has the opportunity to describe his experience during the trial, including the facts and issues he felt were important and memorable.
To ensure that all the issues in the case can be evaluated for their effectiveness, we complete the interview by asking questions which focus the juror on specific facts or issues which the juror did not mention on his own.
After the interviews have been recorded and transcribed, we analyze the content, looking for consistent patterns in the way jurors interpreted the case. You are provided with transcripts and along with a summary report of our findings that identify the strengths and weaknesses of your case-in-chief.
