The Litigation Group team travels throughout the country to conduct our unique brand of solution-generating jury research for clients. After we have identified a valid sample of mock jurors in a specific trial venue, we conduct a rigorous exercise with the jurors and the trial team. Mock jurors hear case presentations and witness testimony and then complete case-specific questionnaires designed to cover the legal, factual and juror issues for both sides. In the final phase of the process, the mock jury deliberates for a verdict. Through closed circuit television, the research team, the trial team and the client view firsthand the deliberation process and gain invaluable information on the jurors' perspectives and interpretation of the case.
